(hereinafter Codipro), a company dedicated to the distribution of advanced telecommunications systems, specializing in transmission networks and wireless technologies, consulting, auditing, installation, and support of telecommunications networks, is firmly committed to continuous improvement and business excellence, with the aim of meeting the needs and expectations of our clients and other stakeholders. Therefore, this Quality and Environmental Policy provides a framework for the development and continuous improvement of the processes included within the scope of our management system, establishing and periodically reviewing our objectives, as well as the nature, magnitude, and environmental impacts of our activity.

To this end, Codipro‘s management is committed to implementing and maintaining a quality and environmental management system, assuming the following management principles, which represent the fundamental pillars of our quality and environmental policy, and securing all the necessary human, technical and economic resources to achieve it:

• Codipro’s staff are the driving force behind our company. Creating a climate conducive to pollution prevention and environmental protection within our company is of vital importance. This involves training, motivating, and raising awareness among our staff regarding quality, the environment, and teamwork, thereby enabling us to achieve the quality and environmental objectives defined in our management system.
• To achieve maximum customer satisfaction by understanding and fulfilling all their needs and expectations, while safeguarding our environmental behavior at all times.
• To ensure at all times compliance with the legal, regulatory and normative requirements applicable to our activity.
• To promote actions aimed at the environmental sustainability of all resources used, as well as the proper management of waste generated as a result of our activity in order to mitigate the effects of climate change and protect biodiversity and ecosystems.
• To ensure smooth communication between the different departments of our company.

Codipro uses risk assessment methodology in all its processes, as well as internal control measures for suppliers and other collaborating entities in order to prevent possible deviations or non-conformities associated with the implemented management system.

The company makes this policy available to all stakeholders defined in our global context as a company, and it is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of our organization, with the full commitment and support of our management.
