GENERAL | · Be aware of and comply with current national, regional and local legislation applicable to their activities, products and services. · Provide CODIPRO with any information and/or documentation that may be requested regarding the environmental performance of their products and/or services. · For material suppliers, the following will be taken into account: Quality Price Financing Delivery time Service Preferably, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certification, or both. · For service providers, such as workshops, prevention services, cleaning services, etc., non-conformities related to the following will be taken into account: Price available in the quotation Quality of reference work Responsiveness: availability Compliance with deadlines in reference work Documentation compliance: documents and records up to date |
MACHINERY | · Delivery of the technical data sheet, manual and CE marking. |
EQUIPMENT | · Provide information on the environmental aspects associated with the equipment/installation. · Provide information on the environmental regulations complied with by the equipment. · Provide information on potential accidents, breakdowns, operation under abnormal conditions, such as shutdown and start-up, and their effects on the environment. · Provide information on the waste generated by the installation/equipment and its characteristics. · Provide information on the maintenance to be carried out on the installation. |
INSTALLATION AND/OR MAINTENANCE OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS | · Send a copy of the registration as an installation/maintenance company for fire protection systems. · Send a quality certificate. Royal Decree 513/2017, Article 10, section e), refers to the obligation for installation companies to have a certified quality system, and Article 15.f establishes the same obligation for maintenance companies. |
SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING ON OUR COMPANY’S PREMISES OR ON BEHALF OF OUR COMPANY | · Deposit the waste generated by their activity in the designated waste storage areas. · Do not mix different types of waste, such as paper and other waste. · Use natural resources rationally, such as water, electricity and fuel. · Keep the facilities clean. Avoid disorder. Project an image of respect and care for the environment. · Adopt the necessary measures to avoid abnormal noise. · Bear in mind that repeated waste spills, even in small quantities, can cause irreversible damage to our environment. |
WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY | · Accreditation document issued by the Regional Ministry of the Environment granting the organisation permission to carry out waste management activities. · Accredited document for the transport of hazardous waste. · For each waste collection: legal documentation required for the hazardous waste management and collection process, such as Control and Monitoring Document, collection receipts, Document A, etc. · Approved first-use or second-use containers, properly labelled with all the legally required information: 10×10 stickers / name of the waste producer / waste code / waste packaging date / collection date. · The collection period for hazardous waste cannot exceed 6 months from the start of storage. · Accreditation document for the final destination of the hazardous waste. · Supply of 10×10 stickers when necessary. Collection dates must be recorded on the sticker itself. |
SUBCONTRACTING OF VEHICLE WORKSHOP SERVICES | · On an annual basis, the workshop must send the System Manager documentation proving that the waste generated in its facilities from our vehicles is being properly managed. |
