\u00b7 Provide CODIPRO with any information and\/or documentation that may be requested regarding the environmental performance of their products and\/or services.<\/p>

Service<\/p>

Preferably, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certification, or both.<\/p>

\u00b7 For service providers, such as workshops, prevention services, cleaning services, etc., non-conformities related to the following will be taken into account:<\/p>

Price available in the quotation<\/p>

Quality of reference work<\/p>

Responsiveness: availability<\/p>

Compliance with deadlines in reference work<\/p>

Documentation compliance: documents and records up to date<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

MACHINERY<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p><\/td>

\u00b7 Delivery of the technical data sheet, manual and CE marking.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

EQUIPMENT<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p><\/td>

\u00b7 Provide information on the environmental aspects associated with the equipment\/installation.<\/p>

\u00b7 Provide information on the environmental regulations complied with by the equipment.<\/p>

\u00b7 Provide information on potential accidents, breakdowns, operation under abnormal conditions, such as shutdown and start-up, and their effects on the environment.<\/p>

\u00b7 Provide information on the waste generated by the installation\/equipment and its characteristics.<\/p>

\u00b7 Provide information on the maintenance to be carried out on the installation.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

INSTALLATION AND\/OR MAINTENANCE OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p><\/td>

\u00b7 Send a copy of the registration as an installation\/maintenance company for fire protection systems.<\/p>

\u00b7 Send a quality certificate. Royal Decree 513\/2017, Article 10, section e), refers to the obligation for installation companies to have a certified quality system, and Article 15.f establishes the same obligation for maintenance companies.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

SUBCONTRACTORS WORKING ON OUR COMPANY\u2019S PREMISES OR ON BEHALF OF OUR COMPANY<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p><\/td>

\u00b7 Deposit the waste generated by their activity in the designated waste storage areas.<\/p>

\u00b7 Do not mix different types of waste, such as paper and other waste. <\/p>

\u00b7 Use natural resources rationally, such as water, electricity and fuel.<\/p>

\u00b7 Keep the facilities clean. Avoid disorder. Project an image of respect and care for the environment. <\/p>

\u00b7 Adopt the necessary measures to avoid abnormal noise.<\/p>

\u00b7 Bear in mind that repeated waste spills, even in small quantities, can cause irreversible damage to our environment.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p><\/td>

\u00b7 Accreditation document issued by the Regional Ministry of the Environment granting the organisation permission to carry out waste management activities.<\/p>

\u00b7 Accredited document for the transport of hazardous waste.<\/p>

\u00b7 For each waste collection: legal documentation required for the hazardous waste management and collection process, such as Control and Monitoring Document, collection receipts, Document A, etc.<\/p>

\u00b7 Approved first-use or second-use containers, properly labelled with all the legally required information: 10×10 stickers \/ name of the waste producer \/ waste code \/ waste packaging date \/ collection date.<\/p>

\u00b7 The collection period for hazardous waste cannot exceed 6 months from the start of storage.<\/p>

\u00b7 Accreditation document for the final destination of the hazardous waste.<\/p>

\u00b7 Supply of 10×10 stickers when necessary. Collection dates must be recorded on the sticker itself. <\/p><\/td><\/tr>

SUBCONTRACTING OF VEHICLE WORKSHOP SERVICES<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p><\/td>

\u00b7 On an annual basis, the workshop must send the System Manager documentation proving that the waste generated in its facilities from our vehicles is being properly managed.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
